My name is Kath Stagg, and I am not just a managing director, but a dedicated mortgage and protection adviser with a burning passion for helping my clients achieve their dreams. My journey began in 2001 at The Royal Bank of Scotland, where I honed my skills before diving into the world of mortgage and protection advising. For 10 years, I poured my heart and soul into my work at an estate agents in Sheffield, followed by another five years at a local brokerage company near my home.
Then, in January 2024, I made the bold decision to step out on my own and establish my own company. Why? Because to me, service is not just a priority – it’s a promise. I am determined to ensure that every client I work with receives the highest level of care and support throughout the home buying process. My goal is to make this journey as smooth and stress-free as possible, eliminating any worries or uncertainties along the way.
When I’m not busy helping my clients, I cherish the moments spent with my husband, two precious girls, and our beloved springer, Weller. And amidst the hustle and bustle of daily life, I always find time to reconnect with friends over a delicious meal or a glass of wine or two. That’s who I am – a passionate, dedicated professional with a heart full of love for my family, my furry friend, and the wonderful people I have the privilege of serving and helping along the way.
I’m Grace Stagg, the Social Media and Office Manager at Stagg Mortgage Services. I’ve been in the industry since 2021 – and I have to say, I love it! I joined the team at Stagg Mortgage Services at the beginning of 2024, and it’s great. I can’t wait to see where this journey takes me next!

I live with my partner Mark ( of 27 years) my son Freddie who is 16 and my gorgeous dog ( Cockerpoo) called Millie.

I’m Sam and I am a mortgage and protection advisor. I’ve been in the industry since 2007, focusing on buy-to-let properties and limited company buy-to-lets and self builds I’ve always had a passion for property and development!
When I’m not working, you’ll find me out and about with my two cockapoos, enjoying meals and drinks with family and friends. I absolutely love traveling abroad whenever I get the chance—it’s always exciting to explore new places!
I’ve been working in the mortgage industry since 2020, starting my career in Shared Ownership before progressing to supporting all types of mortgages as an administrator. I’ve also worked within a Residential Conveyancing team, which has given me valuable insight into the solicitor’s side of the home-buying and selling process and a well-rounded understanding of the property journey.
